yellow

i've been considering painting my living room a new color. currently, it's a light blue but i feel like it needs something more funky. i'm thinking of going with this yellow that i selected for my best bud's dining room a while back, baby chick by benjamin moore. it looks hot as hell online but in real life it's the most perfect cool yellow i've ever seen. i'm talking hue here.

or maybe i'll do lavender. the boy already nixed pink, boo, but not for the reason you'd think. he thought our dining room and living room would look like a strawberry ice cream sandwich because the dining room is almost brown. point taken.

maybe once i get my new settee i can make a more well informed decision.
